Booking Policy

Please read our policies below before booking appointmnet

Arrival

Please wait in your vehicle upon arrival and let me know you have arrived. I will let you know when to come in! I’m located in Suite #6. My code is 0106. The door will ring, so please wait for the door click and proceed to Suite #6.

Refunds

  • I do NOT offer refunds for services, but I will fix any issues within five days of your appointment free of charge. 
  • For example, chipped shellac, broken nails, missing charms, etc.
  • After 5 days, any fixes must be booked using the “Nail Fix” service, which will cost $5 per nail!

Updating Services

You will receive an email confirmation when you book an appointment. You can use that email to make any necessary changes.

For example, rescheduling, nail repairs, etc.

Rescheduling

  • You are allowed to reschedule ONCE before 48 hours to have the deposit transferred. If you reschedule more than once, the appointment will be canceled.
  • Anyone who does not show up will receive a $20 fee charged to the card on file.
  • Cancellations 24 hours after appointment or No Show
  • The card on file will be charged an additional $20 for the inconvenience on top of the $15 deposit. 
 

Deposits

$15 Deposits are required at the time of booking. This includes future appointments made in person!

Payment
The remaining balance can be paid using Cash, Card, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose to cancel.
  • You can transfer your deposit ONCE for a cancellation or reschedule if done so before 48 hours of your appointment.
  • Your deposit will be refunded if I need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency.

 

Late Policy
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there is a $10 fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment is canceled. However, if no one is after you, I will still take your appointment. There will be an additional $10 fee to do so.
